Except as used by ACCESS, artists will retain the rights of their work. By submitting your poster entry, all artists, including the winner, give ACCESS full permission to use the design on all ACCESS and MOVE materials for any and all promotional and commercial purposes at any time. ACCESS reserves the right to edit the final poster design (i.e. editing text, altering sizing, adding overlaying logos and sponsor graphics). The determination of any interpretation of these rules is at the sole discretion of ACCESS, and shall be final and binding upon all entrants.
By participating, the entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by these rules.
