When to Arrive
While official conference programming won’t start until Friday morning, we host a welcome reception on Thursday evening at the Arab American National Museum. All MOVE attendees are encouraged to attend Thursday’s festivities. We hope to see you then!
Most MOVE programming will take place at The Henry Hotel in Dearborn, MI, but there will be events happening at multiple venues throughout the conference. Click here for a full list of conference venues and their addresses.
MOVE 2019 will take place at The Henry, Autograph Collection Hotel in Dearborn, MI. Breakout and plenary sessions will be held here in addition to our MOVE 2019 room block. To guarantee special block rate, rooms must be booked by October 25th, 2019.

To receive the discounted rate, reservations must be made by 5:00 pm on Monday, October 30, 2017.
Complimentary parking is available. The hotel also provides valet parking for $12.
Complimentary wi-fi is available in both the meeting spaces and guest rooms.
MOVE attendees traveling from out of state will need to arrange transportation from the airport to the summit venue. However, shuttles will be provided from the The Henry to all other summit venues throughout the MOVE program.
